Junior's unnamed mom is Tong's sister.
She appears in Episode 11.
History
When she and Tong were young, she wanted to sail the seas and be a pirate. As she grew up, she realized that those aspirations were fantastical, and instead acquired a job in the city.
She arrives to the Eco Village to pick up Junior from staying with her brother in Episode 11. However, Junior does not want to leave the village and runs away from her. He had been throwing a tantrum to Uncle Tong about leaving prior to her arrival.
Exasperated, she asks Pat and Pran for help while they are fishing after Junior had run away. Pat tends to Junior, while Pran stays with her. Pran asks Junior's mom about her feelings when she and Junior spend a long time apart. She tells him that she had similar unrealistic dreams when she was younger so she understands, but wants her son to come back to reality. She tells Pran that when she is separate from her son, she feels normal motherly feelings: not disappointment, but only worry if he is safe, healthy, and eating well enough.
Junior leaves the Eco Village with her on one of Pat and Pran's last days as well. She and Junior say goodbye to Pat, Pran, and Tong. She also thanks Pat and Pran for their help with Junior.
