Joke is a fifth year student in the Faculty of Architecture at South Tech University, in 2021. He is Pran's senior and peer mentor.

He appears in Episode 10. He has an orange water bottle.

History

Joke makes his first and only appearance in the beginning of Episode 10, when Pat visits the Architecture faculty for Pran.

When Pat makes the turn into a large, semi-outdoor public staircase along with Wai and Safe, someone loudly announces that there is someone here to see Pran, and that Pat does not have to bother sneaking around because the Architecture faculty already knows about their relationship. Joke then loudly interrupts, "But I don't!" Pat asks Wai in an undertone who he is, and Wai tells him that he is Joke, Pran's fifth-year peer mentor.

Joke interrogates Pat, identifying him as an Engineering student who has always has problems with their faculty, likely due to the bus stop incident from the previous year. Joke reminds Pat that their faculties are enemies, since Pat is dating Pran; Pat says he knows, but his heart is too full of love to care. Joke heckles him, saying, "I don't remember you asking my permission to love my dear [nong]." Pat subsequently asks for his permission. Joke complains about it being too easy for him and asks Pat if he even knows what Pran is like.

This prompts Pat to list the things he knows and loves about Pran: that he's picky and orderly, lifts the toilet seat while peeing, that his chopsticks must be the same length, that he orders three wontons with his noodle soup, that he loses his earphones all the time, that he loves origami and drawing, that he smells "really good," and that he's changed his laptop password from "pransocool" to "praninlove."

Joke continues to haze Pat, saying that, "Anyone can memorize all that. If you truly love him, will you shout out your love for him right now?" Pat, amused and annoyed, says to Pran, "I'm just bringing you the work file. Why does it look like an engagement procession?" It is heavily implied through Pran's own reaction that Pran may have conducted this encounter with Joke and his facultymates, in order to prompt Pat to publicly earn and confess his love for Pran, something that Pat had been wanting to do since they'd gotten together.

After they get "engaged" with a fist bump, Joke says, "That's the only couple allowed. If any of you falls for someone from [Pat's] faculty, you'll need to deal with me. Got it?" Pran laughs at him before turning back to Pat.

Sobriety

Joke's behavior makes him appears drunk during his scene.

This is also noted in Soonvijarn, where Aof implies that this impression may have been intentional.
